7Knothcz Health Care Services was founded by Borgia Samuel Gobidhas, a Registered Nurse with 14 years of clinical, emergency, and research experience.
During the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, Borgia worked under a 3-month hospital COVID contract, serving on the frontlines and leading a team of 50 medical and support staff. Working in high-risk isolation wards, he coordinated patient care, maintained strict safety protocols, and ensured precise clinical documentation during the most challenging period in modern healthcare.
This experience strengthened his accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to error-free records — qualities that directly shape the excellence of our billing processes today.
Borgia also served as a medical professional and ambulance paramedic during the Qatar FIFA events, gaining exposure to high-speed medical environments where rapid decisions and flawless documentation were essential.
Raised in a humble, middle-class family and the first graduate, Borgia grew up in a Pentecostal Christian home with a preacher father. His upbringing instilled values of honesty, discipline, compassion, and service — the same principles that guide 7Knothcz Health Care Services.
